According to the terms of your executed TeleTracker Online End User License Agreement, we would like to take this opportunity to remind you of our payment terms.  All fees are prepaid and payable on the 1st of each month, either on a monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, or annual basis.  Any unpaid balances on the 10th of each month are automatically subject to 1.5% late fees, and accounts disconnected for non-payment are subject to $29 per location reactivation fees.


We realize that some of our customers may have become accustomed to receiving prior courtesy email notices and/or telephone calls regarding the impending disconnection status of their account.  However, our recent, expansive growth has resulted in the necessity of more strictly enforcing our existing payment policy.  


Therefore, please be advised that, effective 01/15/06, all accounts 45 or more days past due will result in the FULLY-AUTOMATED disconnection of TeleTracker Online access, as well as the suspension of all associated benefits and privileges.
