You can now pay your sales people a commission as a % of your Profit and Loss.
This commission report includes the amount you lost on a phone - then it adds in your commission from the service provider - then it calculates the salesperson commission based on the percentage you entered.
If there is no profit they don't receive a commission. If there is a loss it reduces their commissions.
Step
1: Go to Master Files Salespersons.
Step 2: Select and open a salesperson.
You will see a new field under Commission Levels named Percentage of P & L.
Enter the % profit & loss you want to pay your salesperson.
Save your changes.
Step 3: Run the commission report:
Go to Reports Financial
Profit & Loss
Invoice
P&L Salesperson.
Commissions.
