Searching In TeleTracker

Searching for customers and products in TeleTracker:

The information you are searching for is selected  by clicking on a column heading that contains the information you are searching for.

Each column heading also serves as a button that can be used to sort information in ascending or descending order. 

For example, here is how you search for an Audiovox phone in products.

• Click on Master Files.

• Click on Products.

• Click on the column you want to search. We are searching for an Audiovox phone by description. So we need to click on the column Description.

• You should see a small triangle appear. This is to let you know which column you are searching.

In this picture you will notice the triangle on the Code column. I need to click on the Description column so I can search for the phone by description.

After I click on the column heading Description the triangle moves to indicate this is the column that will be searched.

Click on the Search Icon and type in Audiovox.

As you can see, the search found every description with the word Audiovox in it. This improved search functions works on any column you select in Products and Customers.
