TeleTracker Online’s 'Provider Reconciliation' feature provides a way to manage the commissions received from your Service Providers. To access the 'Provider Reconciliation' feature from the menu bar of the main TeleTracker Online screen, click Utilities, then Provider Reconciliation.
1) Select the appropriate Service Provider and Start/End dates.
2) In order to reconcile a commission received from the Service Provider, place a check mark in the <Clr> box on the Provider Reconciliation worksheet.
3) All commissions reconciled in the Provider Reconciliation worksheet will populate in the Receivable Commissions Report.
