Internet Connections Settings

The Internet Connection Settings point your workstation to your TeleTracker Online Database.

Customer ID & User Name & Password:  These settings will be provided to the Primary Account Holder by a TeleTracker Online Sales Representative. All other fields will be filled in with default settings.

Settings Password:  CAUTION!  This password protects the Internet Connection Settings window, and is stored locally on the workstation.  The Settings Password is something you create individually.  If you wish to protect this window, please keep track of the password.  TeleTracker Online Support Specialists will only direct the Primary Account Holder to the location of the password.

TeleTracker Online Internet Connection Settings Release Procedures

The Internet Connection Settings may be released over the phone to an AUTHORIZED ACCOUNT HOLDER after they have verified the account password.  Requests to relay information between users will be denied.     

The settings may also be emailed to the authorized email account on file.  No other email addresses will be accepted.

ALL OTHER REQUESTS FOR THE INTERNET CONNECTION SETTINGS WILL BE DENIED.

TeleTracker Online strictly adheres to the policies stated above.  The security and integrity of your database is of the utmost importance to us.  If you wish to make a change to your account, please fill out the Account Change Request Form.
