Version Release # 4.2
Add numerous products to create a pre-defined package. Sell more products by offering predefined Package Deals on your more popular lines or leveraging less commonly sold items with strong sellers. Offer summer deals, family packages, back to school packages or even inventory Blow Out deals. Offer a package that includes two or more phones with included cases and chargers.
Specify which products can be substitutable (in the case an item upgrade is requested) or force certain items to be sold in the defined package.
2. New and improved search functionality
We have added “fuzzy” search ability to our grids. Type any search string criteria and the engine will return any matches that your search string is part of. Search any column such as Product or Customer and TeleTracker Online will return your results containing that word whether it is the first, middle, or last part of your lookup.
3. Multiple Coupons can be applied to one product
Use 2, 3, 4 or more coupons to reduce the price of one product on the invoice.
4. End of Day Cash Drawer Reports
You can now save your Cash Drawer Reconciliation reports including the amount of money that was counted and entered into the reconciliation report. These reports can be opened and reviewed for any day or period of time and show exactly what an employee entered while reconciling your cash drawer.
5. Track your cash drawer withdrawals
Need some petty cash to pay for something? You can now take money out of your cash drawer and have a record of these transactions in TeleTracker.
6. Increased reporting speed
TeleTracker financial reports have been turbocharged to load and run faster. We have improved the run time of many reports to now generate in 5 – 20 seconds.
TeleTracker has been working for ways to better promote better communications between us and our customers.
User Profiles has been introduced as a way for you to enter and maintain contact information such as: email address and contact names of the employees you want to receive information from TeleTracker about your billing, new updates, or other news.
8. Sales commissions paid as a percentage of total profit
We have added a field where you can enter the percentage you will pay the sales on total profit. We have created a report which automatically calculates their commissions on a profit and loss report.
You can run this report for one specific product type or choose a group of product types.
10. Credit Card General Ledger Keys
If you synchronize with QuickBooks, you can now assign a General Ledger number to all the different credit card types.
11. Line numbers have been added to all transactions
We have added Line Numbers to all of our grids that can be sorted and to be used as a reference when manipulating longer entries of data.
12. Invoice Accessibility from within the Auto Provider Reconciliation
You can now open any invoice within the Auto Provider Reconciliation.
13. Goal / Reward Points System
We've added the ability to utilize a points system that can be used as a goal/reward tool for your sales team.
14. Credit Card manual override security update
TeleTracker has removed the ability to do manual approval overrides for credit card processing.
15. New Look & Feel
The UI (User Interface) have been updated. The global icons throughout TeleTracker have been replaced to improve overall look and performance.

16. Datascape rework
The Datascape interface has been rewritten and is fully functional.
A new hotfix engine has been implemented that enables us to respond and adapt quicker to issues as Windows XP and Vista service packs are introduced. You will find all hotfixes at out download center.

21. FlexPay Commission Collected Entry
When you are doing a T-Mobile FlexPay activation a new field will open were you will enter the amount of money collected from the customer for the FlexPay activation. This works directly with the Auto Provider Reconciliation.
Other Information:
Increased credit card security to prevent fraud: Due to changes in the credit card industry for security reasons, TeleTracker no longer stores the entire credit card number on its servers. TeleTracker will store the last four numbers only.
