CRM - Task Rule                    

 

To view the Task Rule record viewer, select Utilities > CRM > Recurring Task Rule from the TeleTracker Online menu bar.  The Recurring Task Rule generates multiple Tasks for TeleTracker Online users based upon customizable configurations.

 

 

 

 

 

Code:  Enter a Code for the Recurring Task Rule.  The Code cannot contain any spaces or special characters.

 

Description:  This field is used to further describe your Recurring Task Rule.

 

Recurrence Pattern:  The recurrence pattern identifies your desired recurrence configuration.

 

To save the Recurring Task Rule, click the  button located on the toolbar.
