SignatureGem 1x5 and the SignatureGem SigLite are small electronic Signature Capture Pads with large signing areas. Designed for accuracy, reliability, and portability, the SignatureGem 1x5 and SigLite feature a pen with interchangeable inking and plastic tips, small size and weight, and is powered only by your computer's data port.  Unlike pressure-sensitive touchpad systems, the digitizing pen allows the sensor to be mounted inside a hard plastic casing for ruggedness and long life.

When the SignatureGem Signature Capture Pad is installed on the workstation, TeleTracker Online will prompt the User to have the customer sign the signature pad after processing the customer's Credit Card.  TeleTracker will capture and save the signature.  The signature will print on the Invoice and can also be viewed from the Customer Payments window.

Installation

No hardware drivers required.

Configuration

To configure the Signature Pad click View and select Workstation Settings.

Device:  Select the Topaz Systems SignatureGem T-S261-HSB.

      Select this option also when using the SigLite T-S460-HSB.
