You will notice that the left-hand side of the products screen lists your company’s Retail Locations, along with each location’s corresponding inventory quantity identified in parenthesis “( )”.

Verify that the product’s <Max on Hand> field is populated with a quantity equal to or greater than the desired <Reorder Level>.  If the <Reorder Level> exceeds the <Max on Hand> quantity, the ‘Inventory Reorder Report’ will reflect a negative reorder quantity.

Each product’s <Reorder Level> must be set at the BIN level.  Display a location’s bins by clicking on the plus <+> sign to the left of the location.  Select a Bin to set the product’s reorder level and use the <Tab> key to go to the <Reorder Level> field, located in the lower right-hand side of the products screen.  Enter your desired reorder quantity.  TeleTracker will find the difference between the <Max on Hand> and the <Reorder Level> to calculate the amount to reorder.

Print the ‘Inventory Reorder Level Report’ to identify inventory quantities to reorder.

Inventory Aging:  The Inventory Aging Report shows an aging detail of serialized items, based upon the user-defined grouping and filtering parameters chosen.
