Reports:  Master Files       

To access the Master Files Reports, click on the Reports icon on the main TeleTracker Online Toolbar.  In the TeleTracker Report Sub System, click the <+> sign next to the Master Files folder and select the desired Report.

All TeleTracker Online Reports can be configured with Date, Filter and Grouping Options!

Locations:  The Locations Report provides a contact list of existing Locations in TeleTracker Online, including addresses and telephone numbers, according to the user-defined grouping and filtering parameters chosen.

Users

User Summary:  The Users Report provides a listing of TeleTracker Online Users including ID, Name, Password and Security Level, according to the user-defined grouping and filtering parameters chosen.

User Detail:  The User Detail Report provides a detailed listing of TeleTracker Online Users including location restrictions and options selected in the User Master File.

Terms:  The Terms Report will give detailed information on Terms created within TeleTracker Online, according to the user-defined grouping and filtering parameters chosen.

Lead Sources:  The Lead Sources Report will give detailed information on Lead Sources within TeleTracker Online, according to the user-defined grouping and filtering parameters chosen.

General Ledger:  The General Ledger Report will give detailed information on General Ledger accounts within TeleTracker Online, according to the user-defined grouping and filtering parameters chosen.

Revenue Departments:  The Revenue Departments Report will give detailed information on Revenue Departments within TeleTracker Online, according to the user-defined grouping and filtering parameters chosen.

Coupons:  The Coupons Report will give detailed information on Coupons within TeleTracker Online, according to the user-defined grouping and filtering parameters chosen.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax Codes:  The Sales Tax Codes Report provides detailed information of Tax Codes created within TeleTracker Online including percentages and minimum/maximum ranges on specific Sales Tax Items comprising each Sales Tax Code, according to the user-defined grouping and filtering parameters chosen.

Sales Tax Items:  The Sales Tax Items Report provides detailed information of Tax Items created within TeleTracker Online, according to the user-defined grouping and filtering parameters chosen.

Salesperson

Salesperson Summary:  The Salesperson Summary Report provides a contact list of existing salespersons, including addresses and telephone numbers, according to the user-defined grouping and filtering parameters chosen.

Customers

Customer Summary:  The Customer Summary Report provides a contact list of existing customers, including billing and shipping addresses, home/work phones and email address, according to the user-defined grouping and filtering parameters chosen.

Customer By Plan:  The Customer by Plan Report provides the detail of each customer’s activated plan(s), including customer names and activation dates, according to the user-defined grouping and filtering parameters chosen.

Customer Referrals:  The Customer Referrals Report provides a detail of customer referrals, including dates and invoice amounts, according to the user-defined grouping and filtering parameters chosen.

Customer Birthdays:  The Customer Birthdays Report provides customer birth date information, including addresses and telephone numbers, according to the user-defined grouping and filtering parameters chosen.

Purchased This Not That:  The Purchased This Not That Report provides a list of customers and contact information that purchased a specific product and did not purchase another defined product.  Both products will be defined by the user.

Vendors  

Vendor Summary:  The Vendor Summary Report provides a contact list of existing vendors, including billing and shipping addresses, according to the user-defined grouping and filtering parameters chosen.

Service Providers  

Service Provider Summary:  The Service Provider Summary Report provides a contact list of existing service providers, including addresses and telephone numbers, according to the user-defined grouping and filtering parameters chosen.

Service Plan Detail:  The Service Plan Detail Report provides detailed service plan information, including plan pricing and commission levels, according to the user-defined grouping and filtering parameters chosen.

Service Plan Summary:  The Service Plan Summary Report provides general service plan information, including coded and descriptions, according to the user-defined grouping and filtering parameters chosen.

Products  

Product Detail:  The Product Detail Report provides detailed product information, including preferred vendors and revenue department codes, according to the user-defined grouping and filtering parameters chosen.

Product Summary:  The Product Summary Report provides general product information, including codes and descriptions, according to the user-defined grouping and filtering parameters chosen.

Product Commissions:  The Product Commissions Report provides detailed commission information on a per product basis, including departments and minimum and maximum levels, according to the user-defined grouping and filtering parameters chosen.

Product Price List:  The Product Price List Report provides each product’s specific pricing information, including retail and wholesale pricing, according to the user-defined grouping and filtering parameters chosen.

Disclaimers:  The Disclaimers Report will give detailed information on Disclaimers created within TeleTracker Online, according to the user-defined grouping and filtering parameters chosen.

Reasons:  The Reasons Report will give detailed information on Reasons created within TeleTracker Online, according to the user-defined grouping and filtering parameters chosen.
