To access Preferences from the menu bar of the main TeleTracker Online screen, click View, then Preferences. The selections made in this section will result in individual Location default settings. However, the majority of selections made in Preferences may be overridden at the source document.
General Ledger Accounts
Enter the appropriate General Ledger Accounts. This fields are only used if synchronizing with QuickBooks. For more information, place visit the QuickBooks Help file.
TeleTracker has added all the major credit cards to the Accounting Preferences to allow you to synchronize credit cards used with purchases to specific General Ledger numbers in the Chart of Accounts in QuickBooks.

Note: If you are not using QuickBooks leave 9999 in the fields.
